1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and kg7717 ("kg7717," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the gaming platform accessible at https://kg7717.net and its associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process and creating a kg7717 account, or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms has been published, you unconditionally accept all provisions contained herein. kg7717 permits only one registered account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or aliases — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kg7717 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. kg7717 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

5 Withdrawals

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kg7717 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface designs, software, text, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kg7717 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kg7717 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the Philippines, or to the jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, as the parties may agree.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration or other dispute resolution proceedings.
